"In support of the Football League's campaign to eradicate abusive language and threatening behaviour within football grounds, Doncaster Rovers Football Club is committed to creating a match day environment preventing people from behaving in a manner likely to jeopardise the safety or enjoyment of others, or from bringing discredit to the football club".
Football is a family game, with an increasing number of families and children in attendance to support their club. Foul and abusive language aimed at players and officials, other supporters, or which is used repeatedly throughout a match, is offensive to others and is likely to result in the non-attendance of some supporters.
Doncaster Rovers is determined to support the Football League's campaign in creating an environment within the Keepmoat Stadium where the safety and enjoyment of each individual is of paramount importance. In doing so, the club will give its total support to the stadium Safety Officer and the stewarding team who are pro-actively monitoring the behaviour of supporters, and, where necessary, inviting individuals to address their behaviour for the benefit of others.

41 years of hurt - Barnsley Lament
------------------------------------------
BARNSLEY will end 41 years of hurt on Tuesday 28th October should they beat Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium.
The Reds have not won in Doncaster since December 15, 1967, when goals from Brian Taylor and Barrie Thomas helped the Oakwell side to a 2-1 success. It has been downhill since then with ten further trips to Rovers ending in disappointment.

Stadium gets a youth team
YOUNG footballers in Doncaster are to follow in their heroes' footsteps as the Keepmoat Stadium prepares to establish its own youth team. Keepmoat FC is holding its first training session for a new under-10s team on Saturday in the shadow of the 15,000-seat community stadium.
The team will train at the Keepmoat Stadium complex for free every Saturday for the remainder of the season and will be entered into the Sheffield and Hallamshire FA's Doncaster league next year.
For more information call the Keepmoat Stadium's Lakeside Soccer Centre on 01302 762 562.

Doncaster Rovers fans will have the opportunity to help save the Doncaster Rovers-Belles Football team by turning out in support of a fundraising fixture between the current Rovers squad and a team of Rovers "legends", to be played at the KMS on 12th October
The Belles have been living on borrowed time and money since losing their major sponsor at the end of last season. The Belles need funding of around £65K per season, a sum which the multi-millionaire board of Doncaster Rovers think is best raised by Rovers fans.
The Belles and Doncaster Rovers fell-out many years ago but as part of the maneouvering with the DMBC and aiming to create an impression of "community benefit" to secure funding for the stadium complex, a rapprochement was cannily organised. Some fans will see this is payback for the Belles helping Rovers to secure a new home.
Next month's "Festival of Football" and the generosity of fans will keep the Belles going for the foreseeable future.
Rovers team boss, Sean O'Driscoll said: "As a club the Rovers have seen lean times and we recognise we are in a position to help the Belles."
Rovers have a gap in the fixture list due to international football and are able to participate in the festival.
